Uni Pasta with Salmon Roe
Eating seafood regularly has found to be beneficial for your heart, brain, and eye health. This delicious uni pasta dish is a win-win for both of your health and palate!
The recipe for this uni pasta is adapted from Serious Eats (https://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2019/09/sea-urchin-uni-pasta-recipe.html). A small modification I made was eliminating the salt in the recipe because the salmon roe provides enough saltiness to taste and it’s always good practice to be easy on the salt!
